Powin is seeking a security and quality focused, highly talented Systems Administrator to join our rapidly growing team. This position will manage the full lifecycle and all technical aspects of our corporate cloud infrastructure while ensuring compliance and quality in accordance with regulatory requirements. The Systems Administrator will have a customer first mentality and be able to communicate to customers and employees with patience, professionalism and common (non-technical) language. The ideal candidate will be passionate about applying their skills to technology-based business model that creates and maintains real-world solutions for Powin that are both fit for purpose and fit for use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance center.
  • Maintain and support SharePoint and Microsoft Teams Environment · Manage and Support Active Directory, ADFS, and Azure AD Connect and SSO
  • Implement, Manage and Support SCCM, Intune, Autopilot
  • Lead the implementation and migration of M365 user from E3 to E5 licenses
  • Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure environments (e.g. servers, storage, monitoring, backup/recovery, identity and access management).
  • Basic service management in both AWS and Azure cloud services ( e.g. VM creation, IAM, virtual network creation & management, compliance reporting and log review)
  • Manage the day-to-day operations involving the problem, incident, request fulfilment, and change management processes.
  • Partner with Infrastructure and Service Desk teams.
  • Maintain the knowledge base.
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by various systems, team members and/or users.
  • Provide level 3 technical support for both hardware and software issues.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3+ years of Systems Administration experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Active Directory user and computer management experience.
  • Powershell scripting (specifically for AD and Azure ).
  • Automated deployment and upgrades of Windows 7-10 PCs (WSUS / MDT).
  • MDM / Endpoint Management experience on Windows (SCCM/InTune/KACE).
  • Azure AD user management experience.
  • Azure < -- > AD sync / federation experience.
  • Azure Application registration and configuration experience.
  • SAML IdP / SSO config experience with SaaS apps.
  • Physical networking experience (switches, cabling, WAP installs etc.
  • Certifications (Security +, Network +, MTA, MCSA, MCSE) a huge plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, but not required.
